TGF is best suited for brides and grooms who are looking for intimate gatherings (less than 75 people), who want full control of their big day. It's the perfect solution for those who want to call all the shots, be able to hire their own vendors, and enjoy the whole property among their closest friends and family.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR WEDDING PACKAGES?

Wedding packages range from a 3 hour rental to a three day rental, depending on your needs. This property is our personal residence; we only hold a limited number of events each year.

-Just the vows: This "ceremony only" package includes full use of the old barn, antique chairs, and church pews for up to three hours. Brides and grooms are welcome to take photos anywhere in the barn and outside on the property.

-The whole shebang: Who wants to rush though a wedding? Nobody. Gather your closest friends and family and enjoy TGF and all it has to offer. This "full package" includes full use of the entire property for four days and three nights (Thursday through Sunday), the farmhouse (sleeps 10), the Barn BnB (sleeps 6), 44 acres (an unlimited number of tents for any avid camping guests), the rehabbed old barn, antique chairs, church pews, and folding tables in order to host your big day.

WHAT'S THE COST OF EACH PACKAGE?

We proudly offer a 15% discount to U.S. veterans and law enforcement personnel. Both prices include a liability contract that you'll need to sign prior to your event.
-Our "Just the vows" package is priced at $2000. (Veterans & Law Enforcement Personnel: $1,700.)
-"The whole shebang" package is priced at $8000. (Veterans & Law Enforcement Personnel: $6,800.)

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE?

At this time, brides/grooms are limited to inviting 75 people to their event. The parking lot can accommodate up to 30 cars. Many brides/grooms will reserve a block of rooms at a nearby hotel and hire a shuttle to bring guests to/from their wedding.

CAN I HIRE MY OWN VENDORS?

Yes! We have suggested vendors, but you are welcome to use whoever you'd like, regardless of if they are on our preferred list. Vendors must provide proof of insurance (minimum of $1M) one month prior to your event.

WHAT OTHER COSTS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH RENTING?

The only cost NOT included in the package fee is a fully refundable $1000 deposit to cover any damages and/or any extra cleanup required of your event.
